Beware This Traffic Method will Burn Your Server

Article marketing is the best free way to increase traffic to your website from a variety of sources. The number of locations articles can be placed is enormous with each one containing a link back to a site of your choice. Many places accept articles without any charge but they should be sites with a good page rank; within a relatively short period you should start to experience more visitors at your site.

Acceptance of content at sites like this is a little like a 'thumbs up' to you as well and can be of great benefit; this credibility will enhance your trust which is very important on the Internet.

Article marketing carried out this way (i.e. more than once) will get people to look upon you as an author whose work they will seek out because the content is good. Showing people you are knowledgeable on certain topics means they will trust whatever you write and bookmark your site.

In time your website's ranking with Google and other search engines will increase from the number of incoming links you have; by default this will increase the number of 'organic' visitors you receive that have searched for something your site has information on. The more websites that link to yours, the more traffic you will achieve; more importantly, none of this traffic actually costs anything at all!

One of the major benefits of article marketing is the links that can be contained within not just the text body but also the 'bio' box at the bottom of the page. When your articles are good, they get spread around the internet and of course each version will have links back to your own so the more links you have, the more your ranking will grow. The speed at which websites get visited and registered by search engines can be 'hit and miss'. During this period, the best thing to do is continue submitting your articles to a many popular sites as possible and write more because this can speed the process up.

To increase your website ranking further, you need to be adding more content (preferably unique) to your website (or blog) all the time if you want your article marketing to work. The visitors you attract have no idea most of the time you are trying to sell them something. There is n reason why you cannot be truthful about what you are doing once they reach your website provided they have useful information. Once you have them on your site you can show them the benefits of what you are promoting. This procedure is almost like a safety net because you are explaining the process to them so they will not misunderstand. The last thing you want after making the sale is to return the money so by doing carrying out this process you lessen your chance of it happening.

It is this process of article marketing that ensures you will be in business for a long time; however, it does require regular submission of articles because it is not a 'one off' process. The aim is to have other website owners link their site to yours in addition to using your content as well; don't forget, your article will contain information that people are searching for.

No matter how many new forms of advertising arises it article marketing has remain undisputed. Article marketing will continue to work for years to come as long as the content is fresh, and unique.
